My boring life
Aug. 17th, 2018 02:01 pmI need to find some new icons. Right now I have nine and that is just not acceptable! lol
I've been doing a lot of reading but have had to really limit my reading for the last couple of days because my eyes couldn't focus on the words. Hopefully, I will be back to "normal" today or tomorrow.
My grandson now has a job at the local burger joint. He lives with me and is supposed to be helping around the house. He's 18, so to me that says it all. lol
He's gone more than he is here nowadays.
My son is asleep on my couch again and he is not snoring (yet) haha
The dew point is 69. *insert sweating emoji*.
My friend Sherry is going to pick up a few groceries for me after she gets out of work. I met her when I had to have PT and we just clicked, as they say, so much so that she is going to be the Executor of my estate, such as it is. I have started to bequest some things to my grandchildren recently. I find it lovely to see their reaction. It makes my heart happy.
Anyone here use Ebates? It pays you to shop online. You get paid every three months and today I got a check for $27.91.
I do a lot of shopping online because of my back. I have to say that I don't miss Walmart. That store has caused so many other stores to close. Well, that is my opinion anyway.
Need to go and hang up my laundry. Have a nice weekend everyone.
